Foreman / Shift Manager Warehouse Logistics (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Team leadership and role model function
- Explanation of common goals and organization of how they are implemented together in the team on a daily basis
- Responsibility for loading and unloading trucks
- Timely picking of goods for internal and external customers with the assigned team
- Continuous compliance with deadlines, quality and safety regulations
- Routine with PC and scanner work
- Alternating shift (2-shift operation)
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as a foreman in warehouse logistics, preferably fruit/vegetable trade
- Hands-on mentality, willingness to support the team
- Authorization certificate to drive and operate industrial trucks and forklifts
- Commitment, sense of responsibility, flexibility
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Good German and English language skills / Dutch language skills are an advantage but not a must
